What Should Be Done To Avoid Snapping Up Of Shoulders?

Hello, yesterday all of sudden my right shoulder snapped and it was out of position for some time and later it popped back in. I still have slight pain and I have no problem with the movement. this is the third time it happened. Do I need to show it to a doctor?
