What Should Be Done When Having Fish Bone Stuck In Throat?

I have a Groupa fish bone stuck in my throat on Sunday. I drink vinegar, took banana and swallow rice. I think is not there now after 2 days but now my throat is v pain full when I swallow and like a boil in the throat will it cure eventually by itself?
