What Should Be My Next Method Of Birth Control After ParaGard IUD?

I am 32 years old and had my ParaGard IUD removed recently after having it for 8 years. I am deciding what my next method of Birth Control will be, Permanent or another IUD. I am on my 3rd pack of Beyaz. I have had 2 periods. both on the 3rd of the 4 "placebo" (folate?) pills. Both periods have been very light, but they are thick, and dark brown. no red blood. is this normal?
