What Should Be The Transition Dosage While Changing From Citalopram To Welbutrin?

I am currently taking citalopram (works for anxiety); I am having SEVERE dry eye issues. Would Wellbutrin be possibly better for me? With citalopram I am less anxious/sleep better. Is switching what would be the suggested transition doseage? What are the side effects to Wellbutrin?
