What Should I Do If My Kidney Hurts?

Whenever I take a step my kidneys hurt, or the area where my kidneys are. I can t take a deep breath without coughing, and for the past three days I ve had a throbbing headache every time I bend down and stand up straight or when I get up from sitting or laying. I never feel the urge to have to pee, but when I go more comes out than I expect to. And it takes a minute before I can even start going. What could be wrong?
