What Should I Do If The Caneten Pessary Is Not Melted After Insertion?

Hello, im 32 weeks pregnant. I have thrush and was prescribed the canesten pessary. I inserted it with my finger yesterday night cos i was scared to use the applicator. I didnt insert too deep so i could still feel it very close to the outside. This morning, i feel as if its stuck there and not melted cos no discharge has come out. How do i know its melted ok and that its not blocking me?? Shouldnt i have seen discharge by now? It feels very dry down there and ny panty liner is completely clean and dry. Please help
