What Should One Do When Period Is Delayed Despite Taking Diane 35 And Primolut N?

My wife started taking diane 35. And her period wasn’t coming. It delayed 15 days. Later pharmacists informed to take diane 35, 3 times a day & each time 2. And period came in 3rd day. Then her 2nd cycle of period again delayed. After 7 days of delay, she again used the same 2 pills/ 3 times, then period not came. Then pharmacist told to take primulat n 5 mg, 2 times a day, each time one. She tried 3 days. Still period not coming . Pregnancy test is negative. What should we do at this moment?
