What Side Effects Are Caused By Smoking Weed Post Hydrocele Surgery?

Hello,I just did hydrocele surgery 9 days ago, stopped smoking cigarettes from daily to zero 14 days ago, used to smoke 4grams of THC daily and now just smoking .5-1.0 daily. My swelling started 4 days after surgery once i smoked my 1g minding that at day2 I had to travel by subway and bus as I had to go to my storage to sell an item by a buyer who couldn t wait. Should I stop smoking weed?
