What Side Effects Are Caused By Taking TB Medications When Being Negative?

I have been diagnosed with bone tb in spine on the basis of tb gold test positive but there is no other evidence of bone tb in MRI .Is only the basis of tb gold positive treatment can start. I have been given ATT 4 and I am taking it for four month , now I consulted one doctor he said you don t have bone tb and stop anti tb drugs .is it ok ? Or after taking four month unnecessary anti tb medicine is there any side effect, and should I stop or not. Plz help me out.
