What Tests Are Recommended With A Treat Of Having Miscarriage In Future?

i had a trans vaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks 3 days and it only showed a gestational sac. Dr said i should be miscarrying soon. She did not do any new bloodwork. We did IVF and had genetic testing on embryos. Should we get a second opinion before dnc?
