What Tests Should Be Done To Diagnose PCOS And PCOD?

hi ... i just read about PCOS /PCOD on net ... I think I have symptoms similar to it....I am 27 years old married woman . I have been suffering from irregular periods, hair loss and weight gain for the past 1 year.I had always thought this is happening due to stress. Are there any test available to find out if I am sufferring from PCOS/PCOD?
