What Tests Should Be Performed To Ascertain Uterine Polyp?

My Docter sais I have a uterin polyp, she discovered it during a pap. However she didnt bother to scedual a ultra sound to double check. What are some questions I could ask her to be shure she is doing everything right, and not skiping over anything important?
