What To Do For A Ringworm In The Leg?

I have what i am sure is a ringworm on my leg. I am not sure how i got it. I took an antibiotic doxycline thinking it may help. Today i have a headache on my left side that spans from my head to a little below my ear and my body feels really achy.Oh and I am female.
