What To Do For Black Circles Below The Eye?

Hello Doctor, Good morning. i am chetana here. i want to consult abt i am having black circles below my eyes and now it's increasing so it's looks bad. also some black spot on my hand and shoulder. so pleases suggest me anything. where is yr clinic at dadar, wht is the time and your consultation fee. i hope for your prompt reply.
