What To Do For Itching And Reoccurring Bite Like Appearance In The Hands?

I have been getting what looks like mosquito bites on my hands and palms for the past month. They seem to appear in the morning and fade after a few hours. They are itchy and vary in size. On one occasion the marks formed a line. I assumed they were flea bites (we have 2 cats) so I bought new pillows, washed all our linens, vacuumed and treated our bed with flea spray with no improvement. My fiance doesn't have them and I don't get them anywhere but my hands.
