What To Do For Migraines And Dizziness?

Hi, I have migraines that i get only on one side of my face and head almost everyday for the past 3 weeks, which these almost always make me puke. within those weeks Ive passed out twice in a row. was told I started shaking for a little while and they couldn't feel me breathing. within an hour after this my nose started to bleed a little. (abnormal for me, seeing ive never had a bloody nose before) I usually always feel dizzy when I stand up. any idea what is going on?
