What To Do For Pain In Tail Bone?

which specialist to contact for pain in tail bone..& also would like to inform you that i had cervical disc problem for 2 months where i had dizziness,shoulder muscle pain & ant biting kinda feelin in both my hand ,especially in my left hand index finger & thunb finger..please help ,if you can suggest me some yoga or exsercise for this would be of great help
