What To Do For The Discomfort In The Throat?

i finished eating a pizza tonight and feel something is stuck in lower part of the throat near adams apple area. symptoms.....when i swallow it is uncomfortable, i tried drinking milk, eating soggy bread and nothing changes. Any ideas.
