What To Do For The Dryness In The Face?

After my deliver i got skin dryness in my face., that time i have consulted skin specialist that time he had suggested me to use Flutivate skin cream ., i felt good by using that cream, i have continued the same cream 1 and half year ., after that i had been kaya skin clinic there doctor is told as we should not use flutivate skin creamfor long duration and she had suggested me to stop it immediately., i stopped it , from that time onwards small rashes kind started on my face. again i have consulted same doctor he is giving some Acne soaps and all but there is no cure on it. Please suggest me what can i do ..
