What To Do For The Itching In The Penis?

hi some times my penis ichties and i get like a white stuff round the end of it and its like little white lumps of it under my foreskin but it seems to come and go and i cant bring my self to go and have a test. would there be any other way i could get tested

im 24 and about six ft and have all ways been healthy
