What To Do For The Numbness And Pain In The Lower Part Of The Body?

i had severe pain in lower back and numbness in my legs.. it suddenly increased and i couldnt move and i couldnt urinate or pass motion.. with in 2 days i had surgery.. aftr surgery also it is the same.. my vagina and all that area is numb. i presss my stomach hard so little urine will pass. doctors told it vl take time and cant predict. what is actualy my problem. pls help. vl i not get my senses back. im 33yrs old
