What To Do For The Pain Due To Ovary Problem?

Hello, This is Rajvinder Kaur, 28 yrs old. I am suffering with my ovary swelling problem for last one and half years after my 2nd abortion. Doctor said that, in my both ovary i have some blood's solid balls. I am under treatment for last 1 month, but i am not feeling well. I feel pain inside some times. please advise me.
