What To Do For The Pain In The Neck?

hello sir, i have a back neck pain problem for the past one month, i have met with orthopedic doctors, they told me it's a muscle problem but inspite of using their medicines and ointments, i have the same problem. doctor told me it's a curvical spam. So pls help me out of this pain.. thanks..
