What To Do For The Rashes And Bumps?

hello, my name is Israel. I just had a fever. I took aleve and it worked. However, now i had developed a rash. It looks like small little bumps filled with water. I dont know if it was allergy related or because I did not drink enough water during the time I had the fever. I say this because I did some reach and found that you can dehydrate and these bubble like things can result from that too.
