What To Do For The Shooting Pain In The Wrist When Given Pressure?

I recently went in for a hurt wrist, and after a doctor looked at it and sait it was Tendonitis in my wrist. I went to a Physical therapist and we did treatment for about 2 weeks and then just a few minutes ago i put pressure on my wrist when i was pushing down on a box and got shooting pains up the sides of my wrists.
