What To Do For Weight Loss Post Ciplactin And Decdan Withdrawal?

hi ive used the tablets Ciplactin and Decdan for almost 5 months fortunetly it worked but after when i stoped taking tht i literally lost my weight so what i wanna know is :- Is it mandatory to take it throughout your life to just retain the weight or is their any alternative for that ???????? And also please please let me know the side effects if i start taking that tablets again????????
