What Treatment Can Effectively Cure Recurring Red Scrotum Syndrome When Previous Prescriptions Have Failed?

This is the second time I have had red scrotum syndrome. the first time the doctor gave me something that cured it right away. Unfortunately, I did not keep his name or the name of the medication. I now have it again. I have been to three different doctors. Each one has prescribed something different and none are working. Please help with something that will make the red go away. Thank you.
