What Treatment Is Recommended For Erythrodermic Psoriasis?

I'm very worried that my plaque psoriasis has grown into erythrodermic, ive been waiting for a dermatologist referral, but after reading up see it says i should seek immediate attention. Can any one give me a second opinion before I rush to the hospital or anything.
