What Treatment Should I Take For A History Of PCOS And A Past Miscarriage Due To Growth Restriction While Trying To Conceive?

I am 27 years old. And have PCOS. Kafi saal se treatment b liya Dr said ab nai hain PCOS but again date irregular. Conceive 1st time but abortion ho gaya growth restriction ki wajah se. Or Rh factor negative hai. Kya treatment lena chahiye ab mujhe we are planning for conceiving again.....all test are normal.
