What Treatment Should Be Given For Severe Pain And Swelling In The Foot?

respected sir i am physiotherapist work in one the cancer hospital... there is one patient age-42 operated in 2008 for buccal mucosa cancer... now came with severe pain + swelling and not able to walk more then 5 mints. please i just want know how i wil deal with him.
