What Treatment To Follow For Prickly Heat Lesions?

hello doctor, I have prickly heat kind of lesions mostly on my shoulders & slightly on my back. There is no itching on the same however their appearence os red & with small white head. These get aggrevated when I sweat after work out. Please advice suitable treatment.
