What Treatments Or Medications Can Help Remove Long-standing Oily Skin With Acne That Leaves Dark Scars?

i m 23 years old...weight 49...height 5.2... i got severe acne oftenly after using epilators or something like this on my face and these things r not only the cause, sometimes acne appear without using something unusual on my face plus i ve oily skin too and also hairloss problem ..when acne gets clear after some months, it leaves dark scars that makes my face so ugly... I ve acne since 14 years of age and it always leaves marks on my face....recently i m using clindamycin phosphate gel but i don t think so it will work out in clearance of marks...kindly suggest medication for removal of scars thanks
