when i belonged to the gym my face was so smoothe. What made my skin do this: the food eggs and carrots), the exercise or the water intake. I was hoping i could take the vitamins in eggs and carrots and get the same results. I have problems exercise now due to injury. What vitamins and amount of each will improve my skin? Thanks
