What Urgent Steps Can I Take For Extreme Instability, Recently Self-harm, And Multiple Untreated Mental Illnesses?

Hi I have been without a psychiatrist for months now I have been diagnosed with four mental illnesses I am currently not being treated or medicated I cannot see a new psychiatrist until September I’m with the Surrey mental health and substance use and urgent care response centre but only seeing a councillor I have been extremely unstable for awhile I even seemed help at the er and psych er and they did nothing please hel me not long ago I viciously cut open my entire arms and legs
