What Urgent Steps Should I Take For Severe Stomach Burning For Over Five Years Despite Multiple H. Pylori Treatments And Recent IV Antibiotics?

I have been having burning sensation in my stomach for over 5years, and was diagnosed for H Pylori bacteria - despite several treatments via many different antibiotics both oral and IV, no significant improvement. The sensation is almost permanent in recent times and severe. I was hospitalised for same on 12/09/2022 to 17/0/2022 (6 days) with no significant change despite the many different antibiotics administered to me via IV. At the moment I am feeling very very hot inside my stomach, please I need urgent guide.
