What Use Is Femara Letrozole To Men?

Hi. My husbands son has just flown to Thailand for a 3 week trip with friends. He is 33, single and no girlfriend. I was emptying the wastebasket in his bathroom and came across a strip of Femara Letrozole with all ten spots empty. Is there any reason that a perfectly healthy young man should have the need to take these tablets? Are they used for reasons other than what they should be used for? Thankyou
