What Was The Episode Of Dizziness And Nausea Followed By Nausea?

I am a 37 year old female no know health issues, I do smoke about a pack aday, this morning I had an episode that made me dizzy and I vomitted, if I lie down the dizziness and nausea get worse then they do when I am sitting up, this has never happened to me before, for the last week I have felt nausea at odd times but never the dizziness.
