What Was The Fleshy Thing That Passed Away After Bath?

Hi i was up at hospital last night where i passed a fleshy thng in the bath after i went up to hospital the nurse said i was pregnant after taking a pregnancy test. i went up for a scan today and there is a little black pea sized ball thing there but they dont know if it is early stages pregnancy or a blood clot, wat do you think it could be?
