What Will Be The Effect Of Exposure To Sunlight After Taking Rabies Shot?

Good day; I m Daniel, 28 years old and my question is the following: I received a series of rabies shots because of a wild cat bite to my leg. The cat was missing after a few days and couldn t be found. I was told not to expose myself to sunlight or exercise after the vaccines. My question is the following. It s been two weeks after my last vaccine and I d like to go back to the gym to exercise. Is it safe for me to do that? I read online that since exercise stresses the nervous system it might make the virus travel faster through the CNS, is this true?
