What Will Be The Side Effects Of Duphaston And Marvelon During Pregnancy?

I was prescribed duphaston and marvelon for twice a day for one week each to regularize my missed periods. But after finishing the course the ultra sound and blood tests and PT cards say I'm pregnant! Will the pills I took affect the growth of the fetus? Will there be any side effects of those pills on my pregnancy?
