What Will Happen If I Stop Taking Microgynon?

hi... i've been taking microgynon since january this year and i've had no problems with it. i recently ran 2 packs together so that i didn't blees for an occasion and since then i've been getting about 6 pregnancy symptoms. i was really worried about being pregnant and yesterday me and my boyfriend did a home pregnancy test together and it came out negative... im still worried so i wanted to know what will happen if i stop taking the pill now so that i can see if i have a period to see if i am pregnant? or does it not work like that? help!
