What Will Help Prevent Another Miscarriage, Considering My History Of Cervical Incompetence And Upcoming Cervical Cerclage?

Hi, I have had 5 miscarriages due to cervical incompetence two of which cervical cerclage failed.and i m presently pregnant, 8weeks gone. The doctor placed me on duphaston tablet and asked me to return in two weeks for a cervical cerclage. Please are there any more advice you can give me to ensure I don t loose this too. I m really desperate. Thanks
