What Would A Clear Jelly-like Discharge From Vagina Be?

I have noticed that lately i have had like a clear gunge/jelly type substance come out of vagina, im getting worried as to what it is. Me and my boyfriend have been together for nearly 2 years and have always used condoms. Is there any idea of what it could be?
