What Would A Pinhead Sized Black Mark Near Labia Minora Be?

i have found a pin head sized black mark next to my inner labia, it isn't raised or itchy. i am 44yrs old,weigh 14 stone, have lichen sclerosis but not a bad case. i am 5'5 in height. this doesn't hurt and seems slightly below the skins surface. i take naproxen/tramadol for a bad back.
