What Would A Tiny Bump Under Left Nipple Be?

hi i.m 13 and this morning i found a tiny bump under under my left nipple(inside the skin) mit does not hurt except when i push on it. my family told me its probably nothing but i am still going to the doctor to be on the safe side. I'm scared beacuse it seems like its right above my heart. help me please and THANK YOU!
