What Would Cause Itching--mostly In The Evening Of My Entire

What would cause itching--mostly in the evening of my entire trunk. Has just been the last 2or3weeks--every night. Looks like a diffuse light rash though that may just be a reaction to the itching. I am on Letrizole and lisinopril--neither of which are new. Letrizole since August and other for two years.
