What Would Cause One Pupil To Dilate And The Other

What would cause one pupil to dilate and the other one normal? Is it something that should be seen by a doctor. I used Opcon A drops in that eye about an hour before I noticed the difference in pupil size. One reacted to light change and the other did not.
