What Would White Spots That Scabs And Leaves A Dent Inside Labia Be?

My left labia is swollen and sensitive to touch/painful when I wipe (not excruciating, but tender) and just inside the labia are 2 small white and 1 black spot. They seem like they were scabs like b/c they came off today and now there are small holes/indents on the inside of my labia and it's still sensitive/swollen. I've been soaking in warm water bath a few times a day for the past 2 days. I know it is not an STD b/c I have never had sex or done anything where I could contract any type of STD. What could this be? I'm worried and about to leave for summer camp. I'm 20 and 100 lbs. Thanks!
