What Would You Recommend? Every Winter I Seem To Have

What would you recommend? Every winter I seem to have anxiety issues, mostly breathing and gastritis .... Have went to the ER twice for the same issue..... Put on nebulizer, prednisone .... Then good to go..... Weather pressure and wind really push me into this state too.... Blood work and such all good.... I do have. HBP but on meds..... Trying to get into treadmill walks.... Which seems to help, but lately it's triggering the breathing issue....what can I do?
