What Would You Recommend To An Area Of My Calf

What would you recommend to an area of my calf which is extremely dry and itching. I do have poor circulation in the area. I have tried several over the counter creme's, but they burn it seems to have some type of alcohol within, and they do nothing for the softening of my skim. The only thing I tried is Dr. Teals Body Oil with Olive Oil and Aloe Vera. This also does not absorb into the skin but does help to stop the itch temporarily. I do wear compression stockings for the circulation. Any advise would be appreciated Thank You Kathy
